  3. The product’s packaging has been damaged or is incomplete (in cases where packaging affects resale value).

4. Return Shipping Costs

  1. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items:

    • Hanmade will cover the return shipping cost.

  2. For change-of-mind refunds:

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
